You’ve stopped taking health advice at face value. Good. We built this site for people who do their own research, listen to independent doctors, and want to know what’s actually in the bottle.

What we do: We follow what independent voices are saying about supplements and link you to their own words. Then we find brands that back up their labels with third-party certification, published lab reports, or standardized branded ingredients.

What we don’t do: We don’t sell supplements, and no doctor we write about endorses any brand we list. We don’t let commissions decide what makes the list. And we don’t give medical advice, so talk to your own doctor about what’s right for you.
